Welcome to Apt. 212

Can you ever really have awesome roomies?
Yep!
And I do....
We pretty much ROCK.
Now there is the occasional miss haps, loudness, breakup drama, blaring of spanish music I can't understand, but for the most part I LOVE
these girls!

(Kelsey is not in this pic, but she is here)
Have a great week!

Home for the weekend

Well shall we start off with saying...
The Hunger Games consumed my drive home back to V-town.
Now we all know we tend to fly through Strawberry. Sell I would
catch myself many timex going 60 because this book is insane.
I highly recommend for a good read!!

I went home because it was senior night for my brothers hockey team.
Believe it or not he is a senior and captain this year, so I thought I bess be the
GREAT sis I am and go support.
While I was there I ran Into on my favorite people.
I love her.

After we had to go enjoy the famous Farr's Ice Cream!

I came home Saturday for Athena's Bridal Shower.
I forgot how much I missed these girls.
They were all my freshman posy and it was so great to
be back together. Aren't they just beautiful??

Sisters of the traveling bags!!!
Funny story behind this.
Kaylen and I were called into the RS in our ward.
Well they made a tradition w/these HOT pink bags that say
BYU 157th ward RS. And all the girls have to sign there name
and write their fav. scripture on the bag. Lets just say they aren't the most
stylish things to carry on your shoulder. For days I was complaining how bad
I did NOT want that bag. You would see all of these random girls with them and just smirk because we knew that would be us. Well luck struck and mine is missing in action :) hahah
Let's just say Kaylen is not a happy camper!!! Doesn't she look adorable w/her PINK bag though??

What an Event!

So here it goes....
Miss Kaylen had tickets to the M0-tab Christmas concert w/DAVID ARCHULETA :D
What? I have never been to the Christmas concert before, and the great friend she is I got to pick a date and go along, fun right???
I have never had such a struggle in my LIFE to find a stupid date....rrrr! (i'm really over it BTW)
I thought, I looked on FB, through my phone, Kaylen thought...hmm! NO ONE.
I could have taken anyone, but I wanted to take someone new and fun, right?
Wednesday night comes along and I decided it had to be done. I had to ask someone (the concert was on Friday). Well my roomie Kelsey thought of a guy who I was suppose to get set up with 3 months ago and thought I should ask him. Seriously? We met once, pretty much complete strangers :/ I did know that he was a great guy and well....why not?
So, I asked him on a date :) lol
First real official time asking a boy on a date...oh yay!
I will still leave that up to the boys as much as possible though ;)
The conclusion to this story is traffic was INSANE to SLC. We literally sprinted to the doors and we were to late, they wouldn't let us in. I was the saddest little girl there :( So, off we went with our heads held high and watched it in the Tabernacle. To make it even better, we ran into our home town girl Kaitlyn Sprouse in there and they missed it too lol :) And how can you go wrong with Mo-tab Christmas music, David Archuleta, Temple lights, running into Vernal peeps around every corner and Settebello pizza. All around we had a wonderful time!

I come home and I get to see my girls Celest and Rachie.
I sure do Love them!

HELP!
This picture is cute right?
Well while I let them watch the Grinch on my lap top they tapped on some buttons
and now my computer talks to me :/
I have a little black box
that types out EVERYTHING that I do on my mac and then repeats it back to me.
If anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE let me know!!!

Merry Christmas,

The Christmas Child
"There is magic in Christmas. Hearts are open to a new measure of kindness. Love speaks with increased power. Tensions are eased...

"Of all things of heaven and earth of which we bear testimony, none is so important as our witness that Jesus, the Christmas child, condescended to come to earth from the realms of His Eternal Father, here to work among men as healer and teacher, our Great Exemplar. And further, and most important, He suffered on Calvary's cross as an atoning sacrifice for all mankind.

"At this time of Christmas, this season when gifts are given, let us now forget that God gave His Son, and His Son gave His life, that each of us might have the gift of eternal life"

Gordon B. Hinckley

Happy Holidays!!!
